I am not a "Happy Camper" at the moment    censored ....... on Monday I called our Internet
provider to have our Internet service disconnected on May 28/10 After trying for several hours to get on line today,
and after recieving orders for tomatoes and cukes by phone instead of e-mail, it occured to me that we may have
been disconnected "April" 28th. ...... Placed a call to the provider, and sure enough, was told we
were indeed disconnected.  
no apologies for the early disconnection and was reconnected in a few minutes. Just another
on the long list of annoyances. Man, I will be
SUPER glad to leave this ,*&^&^%$%$#@^%&*^& Province!!!!! In the meantime, my prayer
will be.....Lord, please keep one hand on my shoulder and the other over my mouth...amen.  Roll Eyes

ISPs can be tricky... I just received a bill for half a year worth of payments.. We're supposed to get a bill for each month.
We have a pretty good connection, so it isn't cheap.. And half a year worth mounted to 4800NOK! (825CAD / 877AUD)
Gave them a call, but got told I had to send an email instead, and I've been awaiting their reply for almost a week now..

Woah! That's very expensive Mystic.
We pay just over $27.00 a month. Our server is not great, there's always a problem with them.
I am really hoping we can get High speed and a decent ISP after we move.  Smiley

That's expensive internet and crap service Mystic.
We pay $39 a month. It is very reliable but rather slow.

Normal prices in norway range from 250 to 450NOK per month. (or 1500 to 2700NOK for 6 months in comparrison) For normal speeds. We've got 100mbit down and upload, so that's why we pay so much Smiley The connection is great! The service on the other hand.. Not so great

I am paying 498 NOK or 85CAD/90AUD pr month for 16mbit down and 2mbit up. Service has only been down twice in the past 2 years and it was planned so i am happy.

The bandwith pricewar stopped 4 years ago here in Norway so there hasn't been much change in that dept since then.
