Hi Tzzket. Welcome to H-kon.net :)

Which version of windows are you using? What is the name of the process using all the 100% of cpu?

Hi Tzzket :) Welcome to H-kon.net

Does the cpu go to 100% during all activities, or is it random?

Do you have any system information?  Amount of RAM, cpu etc

To find out how much RAM and type of cpu.

Right click on "My Computer" and select properties. In the system properties window post what it says under Computer

What game are you experiencing the problem with?

Do you know what kind of graphics card you have?

Sorry for the delay, it's a bit hectic in private these days.

if you are experiencing 100% CPU load while a game is running, this is not unusual. This is supposed to happen.

Crashes however is a different thing, it might be a good idea to update your graphics card drivers if possible.

Got to: Start>Right click 'My computer'>Properties>Hardware> Device Manager> Display Adapter or Graphics card.

What does it say?  let us know the name.

Sounds like you might have an integrated graphics card. Do you have a custom built computer, or do you have a pre-built model from HP, Dell, etc?  If you have a model name, that would help :)

I have been checking a bit on Runescape which seems to be a browser based game using Java. It might be that you need to update Java, or try another web browser to see if things improve like Mozilla (www.mozilla.com) or Opera (www.opera.com).

What browser are you using, if you have a version number that would be excellent :)

You can find the newest version of Java here:

Are you getting an error message, or does something specific happen? Do you have a screenshot or any other information that might help me?

sorry for the delay, anyway...here is the screenshot of the first part of the taskmanager;

and here is the second half;

Just to note, that the process "taskmanager" is taking up alot of cpu there but this is completely random it can jump from taskmanager to messenger or anything, i have no idea why, and also "swiftkit" is just the client we was using to run runescape at the time. (still happens with firefox and IE)  :-\ hope this helps anyway.

Thank you for posting the images :)

When it happens for you, does your disk drive make more noise than normal?
