We had a major winter storm overnight. 14-16 inches of snow. Shocked a lot more in places because of
the wind. Our hydro went out at 11 a.m. today and came back on 8 hours later.
We have generators in the greenhouse that will supply hydro to everything incl. the house, but since
there are no plants in the greenhouse at the moment, I decided not to bother anyone to come start
them (hubby out of town). We have a fireplace in the rec room, I made a fire in there and sat most of the day in front of it, knitting. This will certainly be a hot cocoa evening. Maybe I can find something
to spice it up a little. Roll Eyes

wow. it's not nearly as bad here. The first snow of the year came yesterday, and they're saying another 15cm is coming while the country sleeps. Going to be yet another interesting morning.
There is something about a fireplace and a hot cup of cocoa when it snows. I feel like a kid again Grin
